​Alina graduated from North Metro TAFE with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility and support recovery through tailored, evidence-based treatments.

 

Skilled in a range of massage techniques, including remedial massage, Swedish relaxation, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, she provides individualised treatments based on thorough client assessments. She takes a client-centered approach, working to relieve pain, restore function and promote long-term wellbeing. 

 

Outside of the clinic, she leads an active lifestyle and enjoys fitness, stand-up board and cycling along the stunning local coastline. Her appreciation for movement and healthy living gives her a practical understanding of the importance of maintaining a balanced, active lifestyle.​
