How long does sports injury rehabilitation take?
Rehab timelines depend on the type and severity of your injury. Minor strains may improve in 2–4 weeks, while surgical cases such as ACL reconstructions can take 6–12 months.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
No referral is required to see our physios. You can book directly with our clinic. However, referrals may be needed for workers’ compensation, DVA or Medicare programs.

Can physiotherapy help prevent future injuries?
Yes, our team focuses on injury prevention by improving movement mechanics, strength and mobility to reduce the risk of recurrence.

Will I be able to return to my sport at the same level?
