Jess graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Western Australia. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, and performance-based rehabilitation.
Jess leads an active lifestyle and understands the physical demands of training and competition firsthand. She enjoys running, strength training, and playing AFL, winning the 2025 premiership with the Bayswater Blues.
With experience working as a physiotherapist for the Queensland U16s boys’ and girls’ national softball teams, as well as working as a sports trainer with the West Coast Eagles AFLW team, Jess brings a high-performance perspective to her clinical practice.
Jess values evidence-based, individualised care and takes a collaborative approach to rehabilitation. She focuses on identifying the root cause of injury and developing realistic, sustainable plans that support long-term performance, resilience, and confident return to activity.
