Physiotherapy Services for Veterans

At Pro Perform Physiotherapy in Woodvale, we are proud to support members of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) program by providing high-quality physiotherapy care. If you are currently serving, have previously served in the Australian Defence Force, or are the spouse, widow, or child of an eligible DVA member, you may be entitled to physiotherapy services funded by DVA.

DVA Gold Card Holders

All physiotherapy treatment is fully covered under your DVA Gold Card.
No out-of-pocket expenses apply once you have a valid referral.

DVA White Card Holders

Physiotherapy services may be covered if the treatment relates to an approved service-related condition.
Coverage requires a valid referral linked to your condition.

Referral Process

To access physiotherapy under DVA, you will need an initial referral from one of the following:

Your GP
A specialist
A discharging doctor if you were referred directly from hospital

Once your referral is in place, you can begin treatment with our experienced physiotherapists at Pro Perform Physio.
