Injury in sport can be both physically and mentally debilitating, but at Pro Perform Physiotherapy our clinicians have the skills and experience to get you back to peak performance as quickly as
possible. We utilise the most up to date research and a thorough assessment to develop an individualised rehab program for you, taking into account your injury and the sport you play. We will take you through all stages of rehab, from early strength building to late stage sports specific
drills in order to get you back playing better than ever before. We also consider further injury prevention when returning to sport, working with you to design a long term strength and mobility program to keep you playing the sport you love for longer.
