EPC Referrals

An Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan is a GP referral program which can provide you with up to 5 medicare rebated physiotherapy sessions per calendar year. The program is available to people with musculoskeletal pain or chronic conditions that would benefit from physiotherapy. If you think you are eligible for an EPC plan, the first step is to book an appointment to discuss this with your GP. They will then write up a care plan allocating a certain number of sessions to physiotherapy. This can then be faxed through to us and our admin team will call you to book your initial appointment, or you can simply bring your paperwork into the practice to book an appointment. At Pro Perform Physio we do charge a $10 gap payment for all visits under an EPC plan.
