Exercise Classes

Small group exercise classes consist of a variety of strengthening, flexibility and balance exercises specifically tailored to your individual needs with consideration of your current and past injuries. Our classes run for 1 hour, and are closely supervised by one of our highly experienced physiotherapists. These classes are perfect for those who might need some help beginning to exercise or require supervision due to an injury or condition.

 

If you haven't visited us in a while, we ask that you come in for an initial assessment so that our physiotherapists can gain a good understanding of your current situation and any condition that may impact your exercise prescription during the classes.
